100% Grass-fed & Grass-finished Washington Beef

Nowhere does the pasture-based, farm-direct model shine more brightly than in our grass-fed beef shares. If you want to eat truly pasture-raised beef raised right here in Washington, at a price so low it would make other premium beef retailers scratch their heads, you've come to the right place. Welcome to the local food economy!

Our beef shares are from Angus cattle that are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. No grains. These genetics and production methods are prized for their tenderness, marbling, nutritional composition, and flavor.

Cattle are raised on regenerative pastures, demonstrating the soil nourishing power of these beautiful creatures.

All of our animals are raised without the use of antibiotics. They simply aren't necessary when the animals are raised on pastures instead of in feedlots.

Each animal is unique, but here is an example of what you will receive (NOTE: not every cut listed below will be included in an eighth share as there are only one of some cuts on each quarter animal):

...
  • 2 16oz Ribeye Steaks
  • 4 12oz Sirloin Steaks
  • 2 6oz Filet Mignon (Tenderloin) OR Flank Steak
  • 3 16oz T-bone Steaks
  • 4 12oz Round Steaks
  • 2 lbs Brisket
  • 1 2lb Arm Roast
  • 1 3lb Chuck Roast
  • 1 3lb Rump Roast
  • 3 lbs Short Ribs
  • 2 lbs Stew Meat
  • 3 lbs Soup Bones
  • 20 lbs Ground Beef

One Simple Price. No Surprises.

With our beef shares, what you see is what you get. No deposits. No paying by "hanging weight" and ending up with less meat than expected. No separate butcher or slaughter fees. Just one upfront price for a minimum of 50 pounds of cut, wrapped, and ready-to-cook grass-fed beef with (2) insulated Hungry Hollow tote bags for easy handling.

By purchasing this product you are engaging in Community Supported Agriculture (CSA.) This means you're helping us to cover costs while your animal is being raised. For this reason, your card will be charged when you place your order.
