We're thrilled to bring you Wild Sockeye Salmon fillets from our good friends at Harbor Fish Company!
Harbor Fish Co. is anchored in Gig Harbor, WA and Juneau, AK. Each year they fish the pristine waters of Lynn Canal just north of Juneau.
This share contains 10 pounds of wild caught Alaskan Sockeye salmon fillets. Each fillet is roughly 1.5 pounds and provides about 5 (3.5oz) servings when cooked. Each share contains between 5-7 fillets, depending on their individual weights.
Sockeye salmon is known for its rich flavor, firm texture, and distinctive deep red color.
