Flavorful. Ethical. Deeply satisfying.

Of all the animals we raise, none show a clearer contrast with industrial farming than pigs. Pigs are highly intelligent, social animals with a deep instinct to root, forage, and explore. In confinement, they suffer. On pasture and in the woods, they thrive. And the difference is easy to taste.

Each year, we raise approximately 30 pigs (or 120 Pork Quarter Shares) during the growing season. Once these sell out, we're out for the year. Trust us when we say you don't want to miss out on these special shares.

Our pigs live the good life right here in Western Washington, foraging through forests and fields, digging for roots, bugs, and whatever else they can sniff out. They spend their days doing what pigs are built to do, and they're fed a grain ration that's free of corn and soy.

We raise a variety of heritage breeds that are well suited to the outdoors and prized for their richly marbled and flavorful meat.

All of our animals are raised without the use of vaccines or antibiotics. They simply aren't necessary when the animals live outdoors in clean, low-stress environments.
