These bones are perfect for simmering into rich, flavorful stock packed with collagen, minerals, and that unmistakable slow-cooked depth. Whether you’re crafting classic bone broth, hearty soups, ramen, or sauces, this is the foundation of real, traditional cooking.

Roast the bones first for added richness, then simmer low and slow for 12–24 hours to extract maximum flavor and nutrition. A splash of apple cider vinegar helps draw out minerals and collagen.

Our beef comes from Angus cattle that are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished right here in Washington State — no grains, ever. These animals are raised on regenerative pastures, where their grazing nourishes the soil, strengthens root systems, and builds resilient ecosystems.

All of our cattle are raised without antibiotics. When animals live on pasture instead of in feedlots, they simply don’t need them.
