If you’re looking for a lean, classic roast that slices beautifully and feeds a crowd, this Grass-Fed Round Roast is for you.
Cut from the hindquarter, the round roast is naturally lean with a rich, beef-forward flavor. It shines when cooked low and slow — either roasted gently and sliced thin for classic roast beef, or braised until tender for comforting, homestyle meals. It’s an excellent choice for Sunday dinner, meal prep, or homemade deli-style roast beef.
Because this is a lean cut, we recommend cooking to medium-rare and slicing thin against the grain for maximum tenderness — or using a slow braise if you prefer fall-apart texture.
Our beef comes from Angus cattle that are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished right here in Washington State — no grains, ever. These animals are raised on regenerative pastures, where their grazing nourishes the soil, strengthens root systems, and builds resilient ecosystems.
All of our cattle are raised without antibiotics. When animals live on pasture instead of in feedlots, they simply don’t need them.
Each package contains:
(1) Round Roast, weighing approximately 2.5–3 lbs (weight may vary slightly).
We’re proud to partner with trusted local Washington farms to bring you truly pasture-raised, grass-finished beef you can feel good about serving at your table.
