They grow at a natural pace, just like chickens used to before industrial agriculture became the norm.

Our chickens rotate through fresh pastures where they eat grasses, seeds, worms, insects, and Washington-grown grains that are free of corn, soy, and GMOs. If you've been to the farm, you've probably seen our fleet of mobile broiler shelters in the field. We dutifully move these by hand each day to fresh pasture.

These practices result in meat with higher levels of vitamins, phytonutrients, and healthy omega 3 fats (3x more than industrial chicken.)
