This custom blend combines 80% ground beef, 10% beef liver, and 10% beef heart — delivering the dense nutrition of organ meats in a form that looks, cooks, and tastes like the ground beef you already know and love. Brown it into tacos, shape it into burgers, roll it into meatballs, or build a Bolognese — you get all the benefits without having to prepare organs on their own.

Liver is one of nature's most nutrient-dense foods, packed with bioavailable iron, B12, vitamin A, and folate. Heart is rich in CoQ10 and essential amino acids. Together, they transform everyday ground beef into something closer to what our ancestors actually ate — the whole animal, not just the muscle meat.

Our beef comes from Angus cattle that are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished right here in Washington State. No grains, ever. Our cattle are raised on regenerative pastures, demonstrating the soil-nourishing power of these beautiful creatures.

All of our animals are raised without the use of antibiotics — they simply aren't necessary when animals are raised on pastures instead of in feedlots.

Each package contains approximately 1 lb of Ancestral Ground Beef (80% ground beef, 10% liver, 10% heart). Fat content ranges from 15–20% due to animal-to-animal variation.
