Washington Pasture-raised Breakfast Bundle
Breakfast is the meal you cook most and think about least. This bundle fixes that — 14 pounds of pasture-raised and forest-raised pork plus three dozen pasture-raised eggs, enough to carry a household through a month of mornings without a single trip to the grocery store.
Of all the animals we raise, none are more deeply attuned to their environment than pigs. Pigs are highly intelligent, social animals with a deep instinct to root, forage, and explore. In confinement, they suffer. On pasture and in the woods here in the Pacific Northwest, they thrive. And the difference is easy to taste.
We raise a variety of heritage breeds (Duroc, Hampshire, Yorkshire, Berkshire) that are well suited to the outdoors and prized for their richly marbled and flavorful meat.
Our hens live the same way — out on grass, moved to fresh ground, doing what hens are built to do. You'll see it the moment you crack one: a deep orange yolk that stands up in the pan.
All of our animals are raised without the use of vaccines or antibiotics. They simply aren't necessary when the animals live outdoors in low-stress environments.

- (2) 1lb Italian Sausage
- (2) 1lb Ground Pork
- (3) Dozen Pasture-raised Eggs
A note on the Cottage Bacon: it's cut from the shoulder instead of the belly — so it's far leaner, and it comes in wide round slices rather than strips. Cook it low and slow with a little fat in the pan and treat it more like ham than bacon. It won't crisp, and it isn't supposed to. It's the sleeper favorite in this box.
And a note on the Italian Sausage and Ground Pork: these are your crossover cuts. Crumble the Italian sausage into a breakfast strata or a frittata, or let it carry a breakfast-for-dinner night. The ground pork disappears into anything — hash, patties, gravy for biscuits.
