Of all the animals we raise, none are more deeply attuned to their environment than pigs. Pigs are highly intelligent, social animals with a deep instinct to root, forage, and explore. In confinement, they suffer. On pasture and in the woods here in the Pacific Northwest, they thrive. And the difference is easy to taste.

We raise a variety of heritage breeds (Duroc, Hampshire, Yorkshire, Berkshire) that are well suited to the outdoors and prized for their richly marbled and flavorful meat. 

All of our animals are raised without the use of vaccines or antibiotics. They simply aren't necessary when the animals live outdoors in low-stress environments.

Each Pasture-raised Pork Sampler contains:

• (4) 1lb Pork Chops 
• (1) 2.5lb Pork Roast
• (1) 2.5lb Ham
• (1) 12oz Bacon 
• (1) 1lb Cottage Bacon
• (1) 1lb Jowl Bacon OR Bacon Ends
• (1) 1lb Breakfast Sausage
• (1) 1lb Italian Sausage
• (1) 1lb Ground Pork
• (3) lbs Pork Soup Bones
